About me

I have been a barrister at law practising at the Melbourne Bar since 1998. My clerk is Meldrum and Hyland’s List (List M)

Prior to that I was a solicitor in the government service, practising in the Health Law area, and private practice, with articles at Middletons.

I am interested in civil liberties.

I specialise in
1)    Commercial law,

3)    Defamation;

4)     Privacy law; and

5).    Medical negligence

I also have experience in common law litigation and administrative law when in government practice.
