About me
I have been a barrister at law practising at the Melbourne Bar since 1998. My clerk is Hyland’s List (List S)
Prior to that I was a solicitor in the government service and private practice, with articles at Middletons.
My first employment was in reseach and speech writer to the Federal Shadow Attorney General
I am interested in civil liberties, a lonely business but necessary business.
I specialise in
1) Commercial law,
2) Corporations Law
3) defamation and
4) Privacy law.
I also have experience in mental health law and administrative law.
