I have been a barrister at law practising at the Melbourne Bar since 1998. My clerk is Meldrum and Hyland’s List (List M)

Prior to that I was a solicitor in the government service, practising in the Health Law area, and private practice, specialising in commercial law and medical negligence.

My primary practice areas are:

1)    Commercial law,

2)     Corporations Law, including insolvency and oppression actions

3)    Defamation; and

4)     Privacy law.

I also have experience in common law litigation and administrative law when in government practice.
